I am wondering how RAM Elements handles a tapered member with a torsional load applied to it. Can RAM elements correctly handle this situation? I have created a custom tube that is 20" deep. I then Specify that this member taper from 20" deep at the center to 10" deep at the ends (created an intermediate node at the center to allow for this) using d0 and dL. When I look at the results for torsion I am questioning whether it is accounting for the taper specified using d0 and dL or if it just uses the properties identified when I created the shape (meaning the full depth). Any insight would be helpful. I want to make sure the program is properly accessing the situation.

Missing Custom Section in Database File: RAM Elements
We have been working on a model and needed to create a number of custom sections to do so.
I created all of the custom sections on my machine and when I went to send them to my coworker, I couldn't find them.
I believed the custom sections would be saved in the file location: C:\Program Files\Bentley\Engineering\RAM Elements\Database\Sections
Is this the wrong file location?

Load history analysis error

During load history analysis, at the end, error occurs what I can not cope with:
Reviewed model loads, rebar, first order deflections seem to be reasonable. No warnings in log. I can not send the file - confidential project. Any suggestions how to resolve it? Thanks in advance.

Load distribution not happening the way it should
I am modelling a building that has a steel roof truss on the roof slab. Now while assigning dead and live load (Floor Load) on that particular floor, I am unable to see a proper distribution of forces that have occurred through the other floors. I am uploading the staad file to the secure server for help. Please let me know what is the issue.
The file has been uploaded successfully with the file name "IB_with truss" through the Bentley Secure File Upload website.

UPN 200 not available. Only the type that is indicated in the snapshot is there.
Hello dear Staad Pro community.
On the selection of my prefered section , i cannot find the normal UPN 200. As you can see i have chosen european catalogue. The same issue is there for UPN 160 and UPN 380 as well. For better understanding please check on the below screen shot.

BRB Frame Story shear forces
I am analyzing a BRB frame for a two-story building with mezzanine levels on each floor. For the frame circled in red below, story shear reports some shear forces at the mezzanine levels where it has no diaphragm connectivity to the BRB frame. Any idea where those forces are coming from?
