Ram Strip Design Balanced Loads

In RAM Concept, Can you please explain how the design strip Balanced loading and hyperstatic loading are calculated.
If a Strip cross section includes both a Slab a Drop panel, different Cross section trimming type yields different Balanced Moments AND different Hyperstatic moments on the strip.
It is my belief that the Balance loading for the tendons strips are calculated by:

1- replacing the tendons with equivalent exterior loading and finding the forces in the structure as would be in a RC

2- Slab Moment diagram is generated from the replaced exterior loading on the concrete

3- Slab Strip integrates the Generated forces

Hence the Strip forces should be dependent on the FEM not the strip model

For a section cutting through a slab and a drop panel the following have been noted:

When the strip cross section trimming is as a "T or L"  The balanced moment on the Strip is similar to the Finite element model result

When the cross section trimming is set to Slab rectangle it will Generate "smaller" Balanced moments relative to the finite element model

When the cross section trimming is set to Beam Rectangle it will Generate "Larger" Balanced moments relative to the finite element model

Is there a methodology as to how the strip balanced loading are determined based on the cross section properties so that it can be checked by hand?
