Unique Condition at EOS Modeling Advice

I was wondering if I could get some advice on modeling this particular situation in the attached image.

Image may be NSFW.
Clik here to view.

The slab extends to the edge of the wall when it is over a wall, but between walls the EOS stops at the face of the wall. I'm trying to figure out how to model this to best capture the behavior of the slab here. Since the edge of slab is not continuous along the edge, the strip of slab over the wall would be essentially acting as a beam under one-way shear (taking the load from the trib widths on either side of the wall) and thus the width for the shear capacity would only be the extent of the wall.

Currently I'm considering using the "Design Column Strip for Column + Middle Strip Resultants" option along with column strip boundaries to enclose the column strip to each side of the wall. This would have the column strip take on the entire span load and with the capacity calculated using the width of the wall. This method greatly increases the required flexural add bars. Would this be a correct approach? Or is there another method you would recommend?

Thanks,
