Minor changes from floor to floor with typical layout

Hi,

I have several similar storeys that have minor changes in exterior geometry and loading from floor to floor. Is there a way to replicate framing from one storey to another and then make the minor changes without creating a new layout for every storey? Is it possible to have some elements remain "typical" while others change from floor to floor?
