RAM Connections error "object reference not set to an instance of an object"

I am working in RAM Connections module through RAM Structural System and get the error "object reference not set to an instance of object". It's a biaxial fixed base plate. The connection has consider strain compatibility checked but with a uniform pressure distribution I get " It is recommended to change the plate dimensions or enable the strain compatibility option". I read in another post that using triangular option which is the procedure in Design Guide 1 Appendix B and got it to run in one of the base plates. However for this specific one I keep getting this error and can't figure it out.
