Water tank - ***WARNING - INSTABILITY AT JOINT .....

Dear all,

This is my first time using Staad and I have tried to model a water tank, After running the analysis, There are some errors about instability at a joint on the wall of water tank. I read some topic about this problem, but not figure out this error
