RAM Joint Code Check

I am able to perform the Joint Code Check for both the Standard and Seismic provisions in RAM Frame but am having issues with the reports.The joints will show up in the appropriate colors relative to the index (i.e. green for OK, blue stiffeners where needed, etc) but when I go to click on one for more detail or to print a joint code check report, nothing comes up. Is there something I am missing here?
