Staad Pro version- STAAD.Pro CONNECT Edition
I have a Built up column section made from two W12x16 spaced at 18" and 1/4" thick plates. Plates are welded to flanges.
It forms a sort of Rectangular HSS cross Section, see below snap shot.

If I used a user defined British Tube Section of 18" Deepx12" Wide x 1/4" thick member, connection program does not allow to use this section.
Can I use a user defined steel section in Base plate design?
As you see the anchor bolts are custom spacing, I tired to enter the co-ordinates of anchor bolts. But program does not take it.
Can you please help how the custom anchor bolt spacing works?
is possible to assign the stiffener plates at desired location?
Programs stops working at any point. Please see the below snap shot. Is there any fix for this issue?
