How to delete the existing user tools?

Hello,

I make full use of the useful tools - VB Macro and User Tools.

However, I think that there is the limit of User Tools. It cannot be added upto 10 tools. Unfortunately, there are seven basic existing user tools, and then I can only add three Macros.

So, I want to know to delete existing User Tools.

I cannot find the existing seven User Tools on Menu Bar; Tools - Configure User Tools...
