I created a simple STAAD model of a platform supported by 3/4" cables. When I run the analysis, an error message states: "ERROR:MEMBER DESIGN FALED FOR MEMBER 147". Member 147 is a cable. As an attempt to fix the issue, I replaced member 147, which is a cable, to a channel. When the analysis is ran with the section change, I get no error messages. My previous version of STAAD would not have created this error message, but the Connect version does. Is there a parameter needed for the cable to prevent the error message?
