Frame Story Shear and distribution on Semi Rigid Diaphragm

Hi,

I have a semi-rigid diaphragm modeled in my model.

1) Could you explain to us how the location of story shear is being located in the model. Should this be located based on centroid of the building? And is there a reason that it is being broken up into two parts?

2) Looking at the load distribution to frames, we noticed that the shear wall modeled in Frame no. 4 is significantly higher compared to other frames. We observed that Frame no.3 which is closer proximity to the shear wall is not contributing in distribution of the shear forces. Note that the Frame no. 1,2,3, and 5 are steel braced frames. Could you explain to us the assumption of the software in distribution of the forces with relative stiffness? It is in our opinion that Frame no.3 should have comparable shear distribution to the frame. Is there a potential modeling error you may know of?

Appreciate your help and thank you in advance.
