STAAD RCDC NOT RUNNING

Hi All,

I installed STAAD RCDC on my system and after 7 days, it stopped working. The licence is activated but I cannot open any new project or sample projects. 

I made attempt to uninstall and reinstall, but the error during initialisation says "Failed to establish a connection to localhost".

How do i resolve this please.
