Looking for clarification on RAM Steel Column Sign Conventions

Hello,

I'm looking at this article, and would like some clarification:

The diagram says "minor" and "major" axis moment, however RAM reports Mx and My in the output. In the case of a column oriented at 0 degrees, would Mx be the minor axis moment (where the minor axis is in the direction of orientation), and My be the major axis moment? And then for a column oriented at 90 degrees, does it stay the same?
