Design of Tapered members as per AISC 360-05/10 may be incorrect in earlier builds of STAAD

This should be a quick question to answer... it is noted here https://communities.bentley.com/products/ram-staad/w/structural_analysis_and_design__wiki/31936/tapered-member-design-results-differ-when-designed-individually-vs-in-groups that tapered members are not checked correctly in groups. Should my input file look like

 or is it enough that it isn't asked to CHECK CODE GROUP 1 or CHECK CODE ALL? An example of a properly written code check for the input file would be helpful
