Output results are mismatching with the beam end forces results

Dear all,

I have one major issue in STAAD regarding the comparison of output results with the beam end forces results.

After the analysis in post processing tab, if I see the results of a beam by double clicking [Figure:1], it is showing one value. For the same beam if I use Report_Beam End forces [Figure:2] for the corresponding load case the value is mismatching. Finally I checked the value in the output file [Figure:3] there one final value is coming.

Why there is such a huge variation in the results?

Give some suggestions to overcome this issue. For reference I have attached the images also.
