Ram Elements Effective Length Factors

See the column and member restraints and fixities below. I have my K33 and K22 values both set to "0" and the K value type set to "Recommended". The Ram Elements help section says the following:

"For AISC and AS codes, if K has its default value of (0), the program will calculate the approximate values of K according to the respective code (AISC360 Table C-C2.2, AS4100 section 4.6.3)."

When I go to the design report, ram is taking both the K33 and K22 values as 2.1 which is the K factor for condition (e) on the table ( see below). If this column is pinned at the base (not fixed) and pinned on top (not free to rotate and free to translate), why is it choosing a 2.1 factor instead of 1.0 for condition (d)? Thanks.
