I am designing a single story industrial building with RAM SS, there is error when I run the ram frame analysis.

I am student designing a single story industrial building with RAM SS, there is always error when I run the ram frame analysis. Building is single story steel building with mezzanine and low roof system. 

I am seeking someone who can help me out. I set my Roof, Mezzanine and Low Roof to Rigid diaphragm to System will pop up P-Delta with Low roof. When I set the low roof and to semi-rigid and  mezzanine to rigid, there is instability with the mezzanine. 

I have tried so many times and do not know where I get the model wrong. 

Someone please have a look of my model.
