I haven't been able to specify the support condition using single plate shear connections, i.e. shear tabs. I would like to be able to specify between rigid and flexible. I work for a steel fabricator and am trying to update our standards to include some shear tabs. Essentially I am trying to reproduce Table 3-41 in the CISC handbook using our own standards for bolt spacings.
