Context sensitive help in STAAD

In the latest version of STAAD.Pro (20.07.11.82), when I pull down the help menu and click on "ReadMe..." it tells me what is new and changed in STAAD. Under "New Interactive Editor" is says the following:

"Direct link to the Technical Reference manual with a simple click of the 'F1' key on your keyboard. The context sensitive help gets you all the information you need right away."

I opened the editor and pounded away at the F1 key but no help pops up. I moved the cursor around the file and hit F1 but nothing. After going nuts on the F1 key I did finally get it to pop up an Error box that said an unhandled exception occurred: Value cannot be null. Then it proceeded to list a bunch computer speak.

Well, this is obviously not going to work, so I go back to the GUI. I hit F1. OK, there is help but it dang sure ain't context sensitive. No matter what I'm doing or where I'm at, it pops up in the same place in the help file.

So what's the deal? Is there some setting deep in my registry that is causing this thing not to work or did the person that writes the readme file get ahead of the developers?

Oh, by the way, yes, I'm using the new interactive editor not the legacy editor.
