Inclined spring support

I am modelling a temporary support structure to strengthen the pipe at opening with inclined support.  I have modelled in two different ways.

1^st model- Entrance -The deflection is within the limit. But the compression spring is not working properly.

2nd model -Entrance Bidirectn-  provided bidirectional support at one point. But still the deflection is very high and the model is rotating. (Please visit the site to view this file)

I have attached both model for your review. Please advise me.
