RAM Connection CE - No connections could be assigned

When attempting to assign connections in RC (version 11.0.0.177), I get a message like this anytime I try to assign a connection:

[Error] No connections could be assigned to joint "Node(214) - Column(417) - Beam(211) - Beam(212) - Brace(443)"
[Information] Internal design error in the connection. Please contact technical support



Any ideas as to how I can troubleshoot this issue?
