How ratio is obtained?
Tech Reff. File quotes that
"prints the ratio of the actual stresses to allowable stresses for the critical condition. Normally a value of 1.0 or less will mean the member has passed."
The code does'n talk about actual or allowable stresses .
Or Is it so that ratio gives value of equations from code?
