Initial Tension in the cable element

Hello support,

in STAAD.Pro, when defining a cable element, we have to provide the initial tension of the cable. I do not have an idea about the value of initial tension that i should input in my model.

Please recommend a value for a cable supoorted tower(30m high) as in the attached picture. 

Please help.
