Do i need to consider for pressure coefficients when wind loading is done using wind load generator

I have modelled a structure and applied wind load using staad wind load generator. The external and internal pressure coefficients are not taken into account while doing this. My structure is open and i have defined the same in wind load generation. Will I have to calculate the net pressure coefficients and apply wind pressure as loads?
