I have a user with a brand new Dell Optiplex with the latest drivers trying to open RAM models to view with the 3D Viewer v14.07. When he tries to open a model, it appears to work correctly, no error messages, but all he gets is a blank, grey screen. I switched off the smoothing in RAM Manager, as was suggested in the COmmunity posts. I also checked for an updated driver, but there wasn't one.
However, when this user clicks the Print Preview, which shows the model, then closes it, the model shows up on the screen and can be manipulated. Is there some way to remedy this?
