On some beams we are getting a sawtooth pattern in the shear diagrams of concrete beams, but on others we are not. This is happening floor to floor within the same models. Is there any explanation? We would expect a smooth shear diagram - there are just one way slabs on concrete beams. The spikes increased in frequency when we reduced the mesh size, so it's almost like they're at the FE node points.
