RC SLAB DESIGN - USER DEFINED REINFORCEMENT

In an RC Slab Ram model, if we nominated top reinforcement layout ( under USER DEFINED REINFORCEMENT LAYER)  to help the deflection. Is the Sustained Load deflection plot under Load History reflected the accurate reading?
