Theta Stability Check and Eccentricity for Response spectrum

Dear All, 

I would like to ask about to main Issues: 

1- Theta Check 

       it's known that theta check requires Story Shear , Vertical load at each story , and drift value.
I can extract the Story shear through "Print Load Data"  , and Drift through "Check Story Drift" 

but how can I extract the Vertical Load acting at each Story !!? 

2- Response Spectrum Eccentricity 

I would like to know , how to import 5% eccentricity in the diaphragm in STAAD for a response spectrum of EC8.
