I have been a user of RAM AdVanse, RAM Elements from the time it was introduced by RAM International (before Bentley). I was always very satisfied with this software and support from RAM International. Bentley, however, seems to be abandoning RAM Elements in favor of a new piece of vapor-ware called STAADX. STAADX was supposed to have come out this year, but I recently found out it has now been postponed to "sometime" next year! Meanwhile, updates to RAM Elements are few and far between. I'm considering switching over to RISA since others seem to be very happy with that software and the company's support.
