Like the "CreateMemberPartialRelease" OpenSTAAD function, there doesn't appear to be a "GetMemberPartialRelease" function.
Is there a way to retrieve member partial release information (such as Mp=0.1 assigned to start of the beam) through OpenSTAAD?
