I have a base frame with piping components. I am analysing the frame for in-place operating condition and for lifting condition. I am using the same DF1, DF2, LY LZ UNT UNB parameters for both as the unbraced lengths remain same. i have attached both. someone told me that these parameters shall be different for lifting condition with respect to lifting point. as the lifting point is ta the edge of one beam the unbraced will be same. so is there any mistake for using the same parameters
