Wind load cases

Hi,

How does RAM consider the  Enclosure Classification ( Enclosed buildings,  Partially enclosed buildings and open)?

Also, does it use the  DIRECTIONAL PROCEDURE or ENVELOPE PROCEDURE of ASCE 7?
