Incorrect results for accidental torsion.

I wanted to verify correctness of options in STAAD for generating Torsion as per clause 7.9.2 of Indian Standard IS:1893(Part 1):2002.

So I created an STAAD file for a structure containing single eccentric weight of 10 KN.

I found torsional moment at base ( node no 13 ) are getting reduced instead of increasing after applying TOR and TOR OPP options.

Moment without TOR option = 1.434 T-m

Moment with TOR option =0.015 T-m

Moment with TOR OPP option = 0.468 T-m.

Seek clarification.
