seismic analysis of steel structure - reg

Sir/madam,

Pls. find below the attached model details. It is four floor steel structure and columns are made of box type.

Seismic analysis of the structure is carried out as per IS1893 & steel members design check is done as IS 800 : 2007. 

I need 2 points to solve.

1. In the model i m getting some warning due to zero stiffness in some joints . Pls. help how to solve this issue .

2. Also 3 beams are failing due top seismic combination loads. I tried providing the beam top and bottom plates, floor bracing also i tried but nothing works out. pls. help any otherway to solve.
