PDelta Effects in standard 'Perform Analysis'

Hi,

I'd like to know whether a linear analysis code checked against AISC 36-10 in STAAD Pro takes into consideration PDelta effects?

A linear analysis conducted on the attached file showed that during combined flexure and compression interaction, the acting bending moments were significantly higher than individual moments acting on the member.

To illustrate this I’ve also attached a screenshot of the post processing results. Could someone please clarify what is causing this increase in bending during combined interaction? Thanks for the support.
