RAM SS Frame Analysis Error and Rotation Point Error

Hi there, 

I have a RAM SS (Frame) model that I am trying to run for wind, seismic and dynamic analysis. There are a few errors associated with this that I am getting. 

1. There are errors regarding polygon algorithms at certain coordinates at points A & B which I cannot locate or identify (it seems normal). Could you please advise?
2. When the model does run and I look at lateral deflection of the core (input and lateral elements and other walls input as gravity) the deflection animation shows that all walls are being considered when the building is deflecting. Could you please advise?
3. When rotating the model in RAM Frame, the model seems to rotate about a central point in the building. As soon as I show he meshed floors or try to rotate the building when looking at lateral deflection, it seems to be rotating about the UCS XYZ (0,0,0). 

I have tried adjusting the slab polygons to ensure none are overlapping however I am still getting the same error.
