I am learning how to model the lateral multi-linear soil spring. Taking an example from Lpile as reference, I tried to model the the pile, using discrete points of multi-linear support. The manual is not clear about how to model the spring, and the representation of the figures and units. After many trials, this is the model I got. The result is very much difference from LPILE OUTPUT. I not sure what is the defects in my model.
