RAM SS - shear force transfer

Hi, I have a 2 story building as shown below.

1. How does RAM SS transfer shear from high roof to low roof?

2. On second floor there is a big opening in the middle of building, does RAM SS still transfer shear through that hole by a small piece of floor diaphragm?
