RAM Frame: Two story shears at each level

Hello,

I have a RAM Frame model with a rigid diaphragm and braced and moment frames.  I my model shows two building story shears at each level (for both wind and seismic load cases).  I don't have any extra masses grouped to a level except at the roof.

Does anyone have a good explanation for why I would be seeing two building story shears?
