How to resolve "Floating Node" error?

I have modeled the cast-in-place, below grade portion of a much taller steel framed structure in RAM Modeler.  I am following the RAM Concrete Analysis Tutorial and in the 3rd paragraph down, it states "In order for the program to design the concrete members correctly, a separate gravity analysis needs to be performed. The lateral force results from RAM Frame are added to these gravity results automatically. For this reason you should always perform a RAM Frame analysis prior to running RAM Concrete."

l have therefore begun my analysis in RAM Frame as suggested.  RAM Frame will successfully "Process/Rebuild Mesh Data" but when I then try to "Process/Analyze", I receive the following error message:

I believe the node in question to be located as shown below:

Here is a more zoomed in view of Node 1:

Even though RAM Frame cannot proceed with it's analysis capabilities, I have proceeded on to RAM Concrete.  In RAM Concrete, the Concrete Beam and Concrete Column modules seem to be operating correctly.  I then move on to Foundation Design module which also seems to be operating correctly.

I am somewhat experienced in the RAM SS modules, with the exception of RAM Concept, which I have limited experience working in.  I believe that my model is now ready to use in RAM Concept, but I am unsure if I need to resolve my "Floating Node" problem first or not.  In summary, my questions are:

1. What is a floating node and how might it affect the analysis of the structure?

2. How to resolve/eliminate the floating node?

Much thanks!
