I extracted reactions from STAAD.Pro and imported them into STAAD Foundation Advanced. STAAD.Pro shows overturning (moments) for the statics check for essentially all load cases and I would think SFA would calculate a global overturning moment due to the applied axial loads and horizontal loads. The output for STAAD Foundation Advanced is showing zero overturning for the applied loads. In addition the resisting moments in SFA is the same for every load combination even though the applied loads from the different load combinations is different. The resisting moments should be different for each load combination due to the load factors and the difference in the applied loads. SFA is showing NA for the safety factor for the overturning check. How is SFA calculating the overturning and resisting moments such that there is zero overturning and the same resisting moment for each load combination? The SFA file is attached.
