Creating a pivoted shaft beam in Staad

Hello, 

I am creating a machine model in staad can some one please tell me that how can a create a beam condition connected to two other member and rotate about axis along the length.

the beam is connected to other two members by a radial bearing connection. please see the attachment for details about connection.
