Dynamic analysis

Hi, I am analyzing the theoretical case for dynamic analysis on staad pro. Providing it a ground motion pulse of 1g acceleration, i am using Pinewood as material, now for dynamic cases, when i look at the time history acceleration plot, it does not make sense as i am trying to back calculate the force using F=ma, and it is much different than what i gave.ALso, how can i see time acceleration graphs for different modes. please have a look and respond as soon as possible.
