RAM Elements Masonry Module

I am using a RAM Elements model to design a set of masonry walls.  The design is using TMS 402-13 Strength Design, Ram Elements version 14.00.00.240, and intermediate masonry shear walls in seismic design category B with an R = 3.  When the program checks for excessive flexural reinforcing per TMS 402-13 section 9.3.3.5 it does not appear to be including any axial load on the wall.  The axial loads on some of my wall segments can be substantial and it should greatly reduce the maximum flexural reinforcement that can be used to get a ductile failure mechanism in the wall.  Is there something that I need to do in the program to get the check to include axial load on the wall?
