STAAD.Pro Accidental Torsion Modeling

I am working on a project where I have modeled the diaphragm with plates and due to geometry cannot use the rigid diaphragm / master slave command.  I am using the 2015 IBC so for my seismic definition I selected the 2012 IBC.  My question:  to have the accidental torsion accounted when you don't have the rigid diaphragm, do I then check the accidental torsion check box in the seismic definition and then for my load case specify my accidental torsion moment as 1 or 0.05 to account for the code prescribed 5% accidental eccentricity?  A video on the Bentley LEARN server shows 1, but a wiki (https://communities.bentley.com/products/ram-staad/w/structural_analysis_and_design__wiki/31634/accounting-for-accidental-torsion-and-its-amplification-as-per-ibc-asce) shows 0.05.  Please help clear the confusion.  Thanks.
