Getting Wind Load error in RAM Structural Frame: "Some of the Wind Loads for Load Case (every single one of them) may have been missed on diaphragm." How to fix this? Also can't find the support contact information?

Having some problems with RAM Structural Frame: "Some of the Wind Loads for Load Case (every single one of them) may have been missed on diaphragm."  How is this solved? If this is a quick fix, please let me know. How do I get the wind loads to generate properly onto the structure if the structure is Semi-rigid diaphragm?
