Predefined Gusset Connection, BG Connection, Base Plate

Hi,
I have few queries here:-

1. I was unable to check own-defined gusset connection (customized dimension) for horizontal / vertical bracing using BS / EN code, is it not available in STAAD.Pro Advanced CONNECT Edition?
2. Unsuccessful attempt to check simple base plate connection (small column with base plate bolted to beam top flange), is this type of connection check not included in the software? (message showed "no connections have been assigned")
3. I try to check simple Beam-Girder connection (fin plate BG, flexible end plate BG), the message showed "A BG Connection cannot be created at Node 407", how to defined girder member prior to create BG connection?
