I'm nearly finished with the design on a slab and am cleaning up the reinforcing. I have two areas of the slab with program reinforcing shear bars, which I would like to get rid of. The areas with shear bars are areas where I was not able to get a design strip to cover due to the presence of a beam with skewed orientation. Is there anything I can improve on in my model to deal with these issues? Please see the screenshots below:
