Torsion on Wide Flange Beam

Hello,

I'm using Ram Elements version 14 which now calculates torsion on wide flange beams. See below. The  10 Kip load on the first image is 2.5 ft away from the beam. So this torsional moment is supposed to be 25 k-ft. When looking at the design output report on the second image, the demand is 29,225.59 k-ft which seems very high. How is Ram coming up with this number? Thanks.
