I am facing the same problem as some other members in this forum :- ** SECTION IS NOT ADEQUATE WARNING:Reinforcement % exceeds maximum limit.My model is just a residential building-g+1 with basement,and still my columns are failing.Since its G+1,I have not even applied any seismic/wind load.
